Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Fixed-term / Secondment [6 months]

Pay range: Php 50,000 to 67,000

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Learning Solutions team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of print and digital publishing projects from concept to publication, ensuring quality outcomes are achieved on time and within budget while collaborating with diverse global teams and suppliers.

What will you do as a Project Manager? 

Your accountabilities will include:

  • Manage the planning and delivery of print and digital publishing projects from concept through to publication.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with customers, regional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and align project targets.
  • Manage external suppliers and authors to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project performance, communicate progress and maintain accurate project documentation.

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Essential:

  • Demonstrates project management experience, including planning, scheduling and delivery.
  • Exhibits strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrates experience managing budgets, risks and project reporting.
  • Shows strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel or Trello.

Desirable:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, APM or other project management methodologies.
  • Shows experience in publishing, editorial project management or digital product development.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with digital assets and learning platforms.
