Employment type: Fixed Term – 12 months

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.  

Work schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM/8.30 – 4.30PM/9.00 – 5.00PM UK time (4:00 PM - 12:00 MN / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM PH time), adjusting with UK daylight saving changes.

Pay range: Php 24,000 to 30,000

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Regulation, Quality & Risk team to provide administration support across these three functions.

What will you do as an Administrator in Regulation, Quality and Risk?

 

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Risk. You will join a small, friendly team in this varied role, providing administrative support across the three functions and play a key role in maintaining OCR's awarding body recognition.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring regulatory and risk activity by logging regulatory transactions and OCR issue reports; cascading relevant information and communications; and tracking progress on actions against deadlines across the Regulation, Quality & Risk core functions.
  • You will support the management of our regular meetings with business stakeholders and take concise minutes at our team meetings.
  • You will also be responsible for arranging meetings between OCR and the regulators and other stakeholders.
  • Retrieve and upload correspondence to the regulators secure portal and use Excel spreadsheets to log new issue reports.
  • You will also monitor the team's email inboxes and accurately transfer information between business colleagues and the regulators.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

 

Essential

 

  • An experienced Administrator, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • You will understand the importance of Regulation, Quality and Risk, and understand the need for strong attention to detail within this role.
  • You will be well organised and able to manage your own workload efficiently while working accurately and supporting your team.
  • Proficient in using the full Microsoft suite. (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage, although training can be provided.
  • Understanding of working in a regulated environment.
