We are looking for a Reports Analyst who will be part of the Customer Service Reporting team, the primary purpose will be responsible for developing, generating and analysing reports that provide insights to Customer Service team and focus in providing detailed attention, ability to present complex data for Voice of the Customer.

What will you do as a Reports Analyst?

As a Reports Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and improving our VoC platform, creating and managing survey campaigns, and providing support with text analytics tools. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

  • Create tickets in the VoC platform and manage existing VoC reports.
  • Keep up to date with VoC platform releases and suggest improvements for reports and visuals.
  • Build and manage survey campaigns, including new surveys, drivers, question banks, and branding.
  • Assign new licenses and distribute them with relevant documentation.
  • Build dashboards in Power BI that compare the voice of the customer, the business, and the process.
  • Calculate and interpret correlations between survey data and operational data across Customer Service and platform data.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • You have 1 – 2 years of experience of the same role, strong numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy supported by exposure to doing data modelling and manipulation.
  • Experience in SAP, PowerBI, Zendesk, object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs.
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and chart.
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
