We are looking for an experienced Results Administrator to join our Post Results Team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to accurately process and provide results documentation within our service level agreements. This role plays a vital part in enabling our candidates to further their education and careers and as a result, may involve supporting other areas within the results teams as required, during peak times.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role? 

As a Results Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing applications for the Enquiries about Results team and Exam Processing team, whilst delivering excellent customer service to our schools and candidates globally. These services work to tight deadlines and involve handling confidential candidate data. You will be expected to communicate directly with candidates and schools, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders within our Operations and Customer Services teams as part of this role. 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post: 

• You are an extremely proficient user of Microsoft Office products (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word).  
• You are well organised with an attention to detail.  
• You work effectively to meet deadlines and can demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively. 
• You are enthusiastic and proactive, with an aptitude for learning new skills and processes quickly and accurately. 
• You have experience in repetitive tasks such as data entry. 
• You display clear and concise written and verbal communication in English.  
• Prior knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage, but full training will be given.
