Are you looking to drive sales growth, build key partnerships, and shape the future of learning and assessment in Iberia?

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales and business development teams. This role is responsible for achieving sales budgets and maximising commercial value within the territory. You will manage key relationships, oversee promotion and distribution, and provide strategic leadership.

About the role

This role is responsible for delivering sales targets and driving growth across the Iberia branch. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage sales and business development teams.
  • Develop and deliver the sales budget for the Iberia territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, exam centers, key accounts, and industry partners.
  • Work with internal teams, including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Publishing, and Global and Regional Sales and Marketing.
  • Implement short- and long-term growth plans, including new services and solutions.
  • Ensure effective forecasting and track efficiencies in product logistics and customer support.
  • Oversee compliance with company ethics and policies.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to track market data and inform strategies.

 

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree, ideally with a master's or postgraduate qualification.
  • Extensive experience in the English Learning and Assessment market.
  • A background in managing channels, distributors, and digital partners.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
  • High ethical standards and strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate in a complex organisation.
  • Excellent English (C1) and local language proficiency (C1).
