We are in search of a School Development Manager who supports the business development of the International Education group of Cambridge in Japan, a part of the East Asia region.

About the role
As a part of the regional team of International Education, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Japan office is supporting schools, universities and other stakeholders in Japan with education programs, qualifications and resources for 3 to 19-year-olds.
This is a pivotal role that includes implementing regional strategies, driving business development and raising awareness of Cambridge to expand our products and qualifications among schools in Japan. You will also provide high-quality support to existing schools effectively. Your expertise will play a crucial part in shaping our success in these areas.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues at both local, regional and head offices, taking on additional projects and providing support as directed by the senior management team.

About you
This is a pivotal role requiring a degree-level education with a proven track record of business development and marketing. You bring several years of project and account management experience and a keen understanding of the educational sector, particularly in international education industry. Your fluency in Japanese and English, coupled with your in-depth knowledge of local education policy and systems, positions you to effectively expand our products and qualifications and represent Cambridge at the highest levels.
