We are looking for a Senior Assessment Operations Coordinator to join our Manila Exam Services Team. As a key member of our team, your role will support the Exam Services Manila team with a variety of administrative and data processing tasks, in managing queries, liaising with stakeholders, and providing support on a day-to-day basis.

As a Senior Assessment Operations Coordinator, you will guide a team of Assessment Operations Coordinators to accurately complete varied tasks and responsibilities within defined deadlines. You will need to demonstrate a high standard of work whilst helping others to realize their potential through empowerment, recognition of progress and mutual respect.

These are the skills and experience required to be a Senior Assessment Operations Coordinator:

  • Experience of supervising and supporting other people's work
  • Accuracy when handling data within internal systems and when using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience of identifying process improvements, plus supporting colleagues to implement those improvements.
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to create, review and update compliant documentation
  • Willing to work following UK hours / mid-shift working pattern
  • Flexibility to follow a hybrid working pattern.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. As part of the selection process, you will complete an English test (Linguaskill) to assess your ability in the English language plus a practical task prior to interview. Laptop/desktop would be essential for this.
