We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our Manila Automation Team. As a key member of our team, you will design, build and run re-usable BPM components, primarily on the Appian platform, and help developers across the organisation achieve success on this platform.

What will you do as a Senior Automation Engineer?

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will significantly impact the business by driving process efficiency, innovation, and alignment with strategic objectives. Your leadership in designing, implementing, and optimising BPM solutions results in tangible benefits across various aspects of the organisation.

You would get exposure to our Automation & Orchestration platforms i.e. UiPath, Appian and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, and help ensure best practices for automation engineering are up to date and adhered. Most importantly you would help build our internal capability in this important area, upskilling/cross skilling and retaining talented individuals and help them deliver effectively in empowered, agile squads.

This role is critical to enabling process improvements, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring the robustness of BPM applications to support business transformation initiatives.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

•  4+ years in Appian and BPM solution design
• Proficiency in Process Modelling, SAIL interfaces, Appian Data Fabric, and integrations (REST APIs, SOAP, databases; Mulesoft preferred)
• Expertise in process design, data modeling, usability design, and implementing technology or process changes
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting under pressure, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile processes and tools like Jira, qTest, and Balsamiq
• Appian Senior Developer Certification is desirable
