As Senior Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Cambridge International Education in these key markets. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, foster partnerships with schools, governments, and educational bodies, and ensure compliance with regional and global standards.

The role encompasses relationship management, sales growth, and participation in educational reform initiatives, with a focus on building Cambridge's brand and fostering educational excellence in the region.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement market growth strategies for Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines.
  • Drive business development through market analysis, revenue forecasting, and school engagement.
  • Strengthen relationships with educational institutions, ministries, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent Cambridge at high-profile education events, conferences, and policy discussions.
  • Oversee professional development opportunities for schools and educators.

 

About You:

You are a results-driven leader with a strong background in international education and business development. You thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and excel at building meaningful relationships with educators, school leaders, and policymakers.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (required); postgraduate qualification (preferred).
  • Proven track record in education sector leadership, sales, or business development.
  • Experience in Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines education markets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (English professional proficiency fluency required (C1); Thai language a plus).
  • Results driven; able to analyse data and use it to make informed decisions
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to navigate and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with a customer-centric approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.
