We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing application team. Currently we use Salesforce.com as the main CRM for over 1200 field-based sales representatives, and around 170 global and local marketing executives. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside our Salesforce Team Leads, Developers and Administrators to ensure agile route to delivery..

What will you do as a Senior Salesforce Developer?

This role is part of the CRM Support team which covers the full software lifecycle from business requirements, through solutions design, development and testing, and finally into everyday service and support

Working under the supervision of the Salesforce Delivery Team Lead, you will:

• Configure Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, internal stakeholder requirements and company goals.
• Lead the dev team in implementation of software development, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as producing technical documentation.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

The ideal candidate must possess below:

• Hands-on experience: At least 2 years of working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot Marketing Hub, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API configurations.
• Certifications (a plus, not a must): Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a strong advantage. If you're not certified but have practical expertise, we'd love to see your skills in action during the hiring process.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Web Services (REST/SOAP), data integration patterns, Salesforce Sales Cloud Lightning, SQL, and JSON coding.
