We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our Exam Technology Development Team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to develop applications used to deliver exams and qualifications worldwide. What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

 

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a software development role and have proficient understanding of Java 17 (SE), Spring boot,  REST / SOAP Web Services, Javascript, CSS, HTML. You will be a good fit if you are an independent self-starter who is keen on learning new things with proven experience in taking the lead on different projects.

Additionally, the following experience and skills would be highly regarded:

  • Knowledge in Docker, AWS (Gateway, ECS), unit testing, Quarkus, Appian, Kafka, DMN and Agile development practices such as Scrum and Kanban is a distinct advantage
  • Experience with using Bitbucket, Intellij and JIRA
  • At least 4 years working experience in a database technology, Oracle or MySQL as relevant examples
  • Experience development role using Angular is a plus
