Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Marketing Operations to manage and optimize financial operations, reporting frameworks, and impact measurement tools. Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and advanced data analytics is critical to this role, which supports marketing strategies with actionable insights and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial and Operational Management:
  • Handle end-to-end purchase order (PO) processes, ensuring timely creation, approvals, and payments.
  • Manage invoicing workflows with accuracy and compliance, partnering with vendors and finance teams.
  • Maintain and update budget sheets, tracking marketing spend against planned budgets and identifying variances.
  • Use SAP for financial reporting, reconciliation, and efficient management of marketing expenses.
  1. Salesforce Administration and Reporting:
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to track and manage campaign performance, lead data, and marketing activities.
  • Generate actionable insights through Salesforce dashboards, reports, and custom fields to measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper alignment of data and reporting across Salesforce.
  1. Reporting and Impact Measurement:

 

  • Create and present detailed impact measurement reports, evaluating ROI and campaign performance.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced features), Google Analytics, and Power BI/Tableau to create visual dashboards and data summaries.
  • Conduct in-depth budget variance analysis and performance tracking, highlighting opportunities for optimization.
  1. Marketing Technology Integration and Process Optimization:
  • Work with Salesforce and other digital tools to integrate data, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
  • Automate recurring processes using technology to save time and improve accuracy.
  1. Data Governance and Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant data management across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting systems.
  • Maintain adherence to internal and external compliance requirements, such as audit standards and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
  • Regularly clean and update databases to ensure the integrity of financial and operational data.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing, finance, Legal & compliance, and business teams for operational matters.
  • Partner with external vendors and service providers to ensure adherence to SLAs and timely resolution of issues.
  • Support senior management by providing data-driven insights and contributing to strategy discussions.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (reporting, dashboards, custom field creation).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, data visualization, and forecasting.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting.

 

 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools is a strong advantage.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities to measure impact and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost-efficiency modeling.
  • Ability to create dynamic and visually compelling reports to support decision-making.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Salesforce, Google Analytics, or SAP are a plus.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, financial operations, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, and advanced reporting tools is essential.
