We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our People Partnering team in Manila on a fixed-term basis. This temporary role will support the delivery of people partnering services across a business unit or functional group, contributing to key HR areas such as employee relations, talent development, and day-to-day support for ongoing people initiatives.

What will you do as a Senior HR Advisor?

  • Provide clear, consistent, and timely advice on HR policies and practices.
  • Drive the delivery and integration of People team products and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address development needs.
  • Lead and participate in local HR projects and initiatives.
  • Use HR data to inform strategic decision-making and support data-driven HR initiatives.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an HR generalist.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in developing business insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to map processes and develop policies.
