We are looking for a Senior Regional Manager to join the Commercial team for the Occupational English Test (OET) to manage a nimble and responsive team in one of OET's largest source markets. As a key member of our team, you will be pivotal in owning the business development plan, marketing and education activities across the Philippines to achieve revenue growth and other targets. This role is crucial in ensuring our continued capacity to adapt to the ever-changing commercial landscape.

What will you do as a Senior Regional Manager?

 

 As a Senior Regional Manager for OET, you will play a crucial role leading and inspiring a diverse team to achieve year-on-year growth and build a diversified portfolio of business relationships.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and direction in developing and implementing regional business development plans including marketing campaigns, communication to ensure brand awareness and customer growth.
  • Delivering on revenue growth targets within agreed budgets and being accountable for revenue in the Philippines
  • Understanding the market segmentation of OET stakeholders in each region, including candidates, preparation provider partners, recruiters, and regulators in order to deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Driving the Philippines team business strategy to grow demand for OET in new market sectors across health and education settings.
  • Developing and maintaining specialist knowledge about the healthcare and education markets and the role of English language assessment in the wider, dynamic healthcare context, including extensive market research activities.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • You have 10+ years of solid leadership experience, handling direct reports in various contexts
  • A strong track record of B2B, B2C & B2G sales within the Philippines region within the Education, English Language Assessment or and Healthcare sectors
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to prepare high level reports to Executives and external parties.
  • Strong, established, and demonstrable experience with developing commercial strategy including, but not limited to:
    • Market Segmentation
    • Building functional business plans
    • Building short and medium term integrated strategies for the business' success
