We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Analyst to join our Content Services Team in Manila. As a key member of our team, your main role is to plan, design and execute quality tests across their respective technology platforms to ensure that delivered software meets business defined quality/acceptance criteria and is fit for purpose.

What will you do as a Senior Software Quality Analyst? 

As a Senior Software Quality Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans. With expertise in automated, manual, or performance testing, you'll ensure quality for small to medium-sized projects while guiding junior and mid-level analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and design specifications.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts for complex projects.
• Define and implement quality improvements to prevent defects.

You will also manage test environments, perform risk analysis, oversee cross-functional assignments, and lead the successful delivery of major initiatives.

With at least 5 years of experience in manual, automated, or performance testing, you'll contribute to shaping quality processes in an Agile environment. Your technical expertise and collaborative approach will set you apart.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post: 

• Educated to degree level in IT, Software, QA, or a related field.
• Proficiency in XML, DTD, XPATH, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience in Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum), working with dispersed teams.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with colleagues at all levels.
