We are recruiting for a passionate Software Engineer who will be part of our Exams Technology Organisation – IELTS Development Team in Manila. The successful applicant will play a key role in creating and developing applications used to deliver exams and qualifications worldwide. The Manila hub is in Makati City, operating to support the university's global operations.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a software development role and have intermediate proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MS SQL/Oracle, DynamoDB, REST API, microservices, and AWS.
The role holder will work closely with the Software Development Chapter Lead or Senior Software Engineer taking on additional responsibility or development complexity seen for the level they are at. They will be involved in looking at some of the new technologies and may be asked to review some of the designs and solutions to give their thoughts and feedback.
