We are looking for a SAP Quality Analyst to join our Core SAP Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth and efficient testing of changes to our Core SAP solution. Your role involves planning, executing, and monitoring test processes to ensure that all changes meet business needs, mitigate risks, and maintain the integrity of the Live Production system. This role ensures each change is thoroughly tested for fitness and aligns with organizational standards.

What will you do as an SAP Quality Analyst?

As an SAP Quality Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that any changes to our Core SAP solution are tested thoroughly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the testing process, ensuring that every update meets the required business needs, mitigates risks, and maintains the stability of our live production system.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Test Management: Work closely with the delivery team to design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring that all changes are rigorously tested. This includes securing necessary test resources, setting up user data, monitoring progress, and reporting on test results.
  • Supporting Testing Activities: Assist with test execution, including the running of automated scripts to enhance efficiency, as well as tracking and resolving defects alongside the delivery team.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Play a key role in coordinating the testing of changes, ensuring a consistent approach across the organisation. This includes standardising test case templates, managing user acceptance testing (UAT) sign-offs, and delivering clear test reports.

  • Degree in IT, software engineering, or project management.
  • Certification in test management or project management.
  • Effective organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience in SAP test execution or management within an Agile environment.
  • Experience supporting SAP change testing processes for geographically dispersed customers/end-users.
