We are looking for a Subject Specialist Administrator to join our Customer Support Team. Working closely with internal colleagues, you will provide responses to our customers and play a key role in supporting our teachers on our qualifications. You will provide an outstanding level of support to schools across a range of channels which include telephone and email. 

 

You will provide feedback from teachers to ensure that our products, services, and support meets the needs of our customer.

What will you do as a Subject Specialist Administrator?

 

As a member of a customer-facing team, you will be representing our brand and reputation as you support teachers with subject-specific queries.

 

  • Interpret syllabi and resources to deliver reliable subject advice.
  • Log and manage school enquiries accurately.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
  • Meet performance targets for quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance customer service.
  • Develop specialist knowledge and support new team members.
  • Provide administrative support and manage subject-related data.
  • Handle queries for subjects without dedicated advisors.
  • Monitor subject forums and track key discussion topics.
  • Share customer insights to inform product and service development.
  • Maintain and update help centre content.

  • Educated to degree Level with equivalent professional experience
  • Digitally literate; proficient in MS Office and other software tools, with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Confident with customer data / GDPR
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload in pressured situations
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
