We are seeking a System Analyst to support Academic Global Sales by managing systems operations, data entry, cleansing, and analysis. You will collaborate on business and technology transformation projects, assist with stakeholder requirements, and bridge communication with tech teams. Additionally, you'll contribute to the growth of our Philippine branch and global Journals publishing, fostering inclusivity and excellence to maintain our Great Place to Work® certification.

What will you do as a System Analyst?

As a Systems Analyst, you will provide second-level support for multiple platforms, ensuring seamless data governance and transformation for business operations. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting the Academic System, analysing issues, and escalating for resolution when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and organize requirements, user stories, and data mapping to support strategic goals and business reporting.
  • Translate technical specifications into actionable insights while managing and preparing academic product data for seamless workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on system changes, ensuring smooth transitions and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

 

What makes you the ideal candidate?

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar/equivalent position.
  • Solid knowledge of business information systems and software applications like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
  • Proficiency in basic data curation and entry, with expertise in MS Office
  • Willingness and openness to learn

 

It would be advantageous if you have the following:

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Python, Power BI, and SQL
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
