What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be at the forefront of our mission to recruit top-tier talent for both UK and global roles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing comprehensive recruitment campaigns for a variety of vacancies.
• Developing innovative and proactive recruitment strategies that attract the best talent.
• Anticipating future hiring needs and building talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborating closely with UK-based Talent Acquisition colleagues and the broader People and Culture team to refine and enhance our recruitment processes.
• Participating in exciting projects related to employer branding and candidate engagement.

This role is based in Manila but offers the exciting challenge of recruiting for UK and global positions, requiring a mid-shift work pattern.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

To be successful in this role you need to be a quicker learner, who can digest and understand complex information quickly, with proven experience in recruiting across various disciplines, specialisms, and global locations managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns ideally in a complex matrix organization or across various cross-functional teams. 

In addition, it would be ideal if you possess the below:

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in screening and interviewing candidates effectively
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Expertise in using a variety of recruitment assessment techniques, including psychometrics.
