The Operations Environment Team are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Environmental Accounting and Reporting to lead our environmental accounting and reporting function where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's environmental sustainability journey.

As the Head of Environmental Accounting and Reporting, you will lead our environmental accounting and reporting function, enabling our environmental initiatives and ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with various departments within Group Operations including Global Logistics, Property Services, Customer Services, Procurement, as well as Product Groups and other Shared Services. Your expertise will be crucial in measuring and managing our environmental data (including our carbon footprint), identifying opportunities for improvement, and communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be adept at using the right tools to support collaboration and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

About you
We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong passion for environmental sustainability. You will possess expertise in environmental data and carbon accounting, and environmental regulations. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proven leadership and team management skills are essential. Additionally, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will be invaluable in navigating complex challenges and driving innovative solutions in a fast-moving field.
