Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator – Apprenticeships (Apprentice)
Salary: £19,400 - £23,075
Location: Cambridge
Contract: Apprentice – full-time – fixed term contract 24 months
Apprenticeships act as a positive enabler for recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce and notably supporting people to develop the key skills for success within our organisation.
As part of the Learning and Development Team, you will provide administrative support for the maintenance and ongoing development of the apprenticeship programme to ensure a high level of completion for apprentices and the best use of levy funding.

About the role
This role will support the delivery and ongoing development of our apprenticeship programmes, ultimately ensuring a great development experience for our Apprentices is created and delivered across the organisation.
This role will also has the opportunity to work with the wider team to meet our learning and development ambitions.
About you
As this is an apprentice position, your potential is more important than your existing experience.
What would help you in this role, is if you are highly motivated and enjoy solving problems by being responsive and resourceful. You have good organisational skills and can plan out your workload. You love to communicate and can take on board feedback. You enjoy working in a team but equally can work on your own initiative. You are curious and a constant learner.
Solid MS office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams) are required.

Apprenticeship – Level 3 Business Administrator
Over the course of your apprenticeship, 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to training and applying learning to your work tasks, thus completing the level 3 Business Administrator qualification alongside your job with support from your line manager. All training costs are covered by our apprenticeship levy fund.
Applicants who do not meet the below requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and candidates will also require an interview with the apprenticeship training provider.
