Job Title: Operations Group Manager
Salary: £43,800 - £69,740 per annum
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid
Contract: Permanent/Full time
These are exciting times for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Delivery as we look to modernise our delivery processes, platforms and grow our business while developing new delivery models and products.
To enable us to meet these challenges, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Group Manager, who will thrive in this changing environment and is motivated by delivering excellent customer service and will enjoy being part of a high performing team.

About the role
A key responsibility of this role is to participate in cross partner forums and facilitate collaborative decision making via effective cross partner negotiations, ensuring Cambridge interests and regulatory requirements are represented in the delivery of IELTS tests.
The role requires the ability to engage and build excellent relationships with internal senior stakeholders across the business, as well as external stakeholders, including IELTS delivery partners.

About you
As our next Operations Group Manager, you will have highly developed communication and inter-personal skills to deal with demanding stakeholders, managing expectations through regular and proactive communications.
You will have change management and motivational leadership skills to meet the challenges of transitioning to new systems and processes, with a focus on adapting new business processes effectively to maximise the efficiencies the new systems will offer whilst maintaining BAU integrity.
Experience and ability to address a wide range of problem-solving challenges, especially those which require an innovative response in preference to following established precedents is also required.
