About the role
You will establish and lead a new propositions team, bringing together existing capabilities in learning design, market research and development and product management into one integrated team, including building new product models and market approaches to bespoke B2B Proposition development and identifying the biggest areas of growth for new skills based online courses.

Strategic, customer and market focussed in everything you do, a thought leader and expert in online learning, with exceptional communication, solutioning, and proposition design skills, you are both an innovator and executor driving the development of new online learning experiences at scale.
