About the team
We are a strong team of 30 experienced, diligent, and supportive individuals based in offices across Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore. We work collaboratively across the country to achieve high quality support to our schools and teachers so that they can provide excellent teaching and learning in classrooms.
About the role
We are looking for two School Support Officers who will be responsible for continuously reviewing, assessing, and reporting on exam processes to ensure services are being delivered in accordance with the high-quality standards and are in line with the standards set out in Cambridge International Handbook. In this role, you will review current and new processes in place and provide periodic reports on process efficiency to schools and the Cambridge team. This role will support in ensuring the security, integrity, reputation, fairness and accessibility of our assessments is upheld.
You will be based in Islamabad or Lahore with significant travel across the North Pakistan or Punjab region. Working closely with the regional team and our UK-based teams, you will:
About you
You must be educated to undergraduate degree level. You will have an excellent knowledge of Cambridge exams delivery quality standards and proficient in MS Office applications. A qualification or certification in quality assurance is desirable.
You should have excellent organisational, multitasking and effective communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to details, good analytical skills, identifying and reporting risks and accuracy in record-keeping are essential requirements
Previous experience in administering Cambridge exams is essential with strong understanding of Cambridge exam regulations and procedures. Some experience of compliance and stakeholder management is also required.
You will have the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
