Job Title: Senior Administrator
Salary: £25,200 - £31,800 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

About the role
As our next Senior Administrator, you will handle day-to-day queries from internal and external stakeholders, especially UKVI representatives. Your tasks include managing group inboxes, attending meetings to discuss IELTS contract processes, and escalating queries as needed.
You will prepare and submit regular reports, manage routine data requests, and handle BAU operational change requests. You will also participate in contract review meetings and suggest reporting improvements.
You will assist with annual audit planning, stay updated on IELTS testing and contracts, and maintain the team mailbox.
Additionally, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure excellent contract delivery.
About you
You have A Level education (or equivalent) and can demonstrate your ability to prioritise and manage projects effectively. You are detail-oriented with experience in reviewing data and producing reports. Your interpersonal skills are excellent, allowing you to deal with colleagues at all levels both internally and externally, and you possess strong influencing skills.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, and you can work independently as well as part of a team. You have administrative experience and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders. You are highly organised and can work to a tight schedule.
